Scan Function

For our CNC easy G40 we have developed a new technology (scanning).     

Over a sensor foot, on the top of surface the component sets off (scan in) a virtual surface is generated in the CNC. Now the machine cuts without light curve regulation with high exactness (comparably of a milling machine) the shape. Besides, all sources of error become like torch height, plasma ray distraction ect. impossible. As well one can use this sensor foot also directly to the distance height of the plasma torch. Nevertheless, one must pay attention to it the sensor foot always material as an edition has. This function is supported about a built-in linear potentiometer by the CNC.

According to cut plates for the Offshore Towers, we create a special design of middle torch movement. The middle torch can be set by hand into +/- 5° in angle.
